1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Systems One Consulting, Inc.’s website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Services

We provide IT support, managed services, network/server support, and Microsoft cloud services as described on our website and in applicable Statements of Work (SOW) and Master Service Agreements (MSA).

3. Quotes, Billing, and Payment

Pricing is provided via quotes or contracts. Invoices are due per the payment terms stated on the invoice or in the governing agreement. Late payments may incur fees as permitted by law and contract.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide timely access, accurate information, and necessary authorizations for Systems One to deliver services, and to maintain reasonable security practices within their environment.

5. Data and Security

We handle client data consistent with our Privacy Policy. Client is responsible for its own backups and security controls unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to misuse the services, including but not limited to illegal activities, unauthorized access, interference with networks, or attempts to circumvent security controls.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Systems One disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Systems One shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.

9. SMS Program Terms

If you opt in to receive SMS messages, you agree to our SMS Terms in the Privacy Policy. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
